Every year, Express Scripts supports numerous companywide employee fundraising campaigns. In addition, when employees donate to eligible educational institutions, their gifts are matched by the Express Scripts Foundation.

Consistent with our commitment to diversity and equality, our compensation programs are designed to prevent pay differences based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability of the person holding or applying for the position. Compensation and opportunity for advancement are based solely on scope of job, complexity, required knowledge, skill, ability and internal value of the job to our Company. In order to facilitate consistency of compensation among employees with similar performance in positions of similar scope and complexity, we regularly compare the compensation for any given position with market data based on multiple, nationally recognized compensation surveys. Initial offers for new hires and merit increases for current employees are designed to reflect the competitiveness of the external market, education, experience and internal equity.
Our Human Resources and Legal departments provide rigorous oversight of our compensation program through regular reporting and analysis. Any employee who feels that he or she may be the subject of unfair or discriminatory compensation practices is encouraged to contact our compliance hotline, where claims can be submitted anonymously and in any event, without fear of retribution.
